It's been a long year but the end is in site. Sadly, I don't think 2021 will be much better, and maybe worse.

No question. And considering people cannot even properly behave in the relatively simple ways required to keep this virus in check, I do not hold out hope for humanity to be able to tackle even more serious issues like climate change or the next pandemic. We are in the process of destroying ourselves.

I have known stuff like this was coming for a long time, so I am not surprised and I expect things to deteriorate further. This year just brings things into sharp relief.

Sometimes I think the year has dragged by and sometimes I wonder where the time has gone :-)

I know what you mean! I can never remember what day it is. For weeks, I kept thinking every day was Thursday. Today I keep thinking it's Friday.😳

Whatever day it is, I hope you're having a good one!

Surprisingly speedy for me. No job, yet, weeee. And next year... they already say we´ll be "on hold".
But! We are healthy, so...
And this sure will be a year to remember. I got a chocolate with a couple that have masks on as picture, how crazy is that.

I go back and forth. Months ago, I read something about how our perceptions of time warp in situations like this.

Definitely a year to remember! And you have a souvenir chocolate, too :-)
