so home with music, books, tea
window full of rain

Now that sounds lovely. What is on the stereo for your pleasure?

Also, do you have music on when you read? I can't do it.

We were listening to Lyric FM's afternoon concert. It was Tenebrae singing Allegri's Miserere, which I love, among other works. I am really into certain ethereal choral music lately, but I also listen to a lot of classical music. When I listen, it's almost always one of those genres. :-)

I do sometimes have music on when I read. I have some compilations like Bach for Book Lovers and a Spotify playlist or two that are geared towards listening while reading. I can't read if there is loud music playing or music with lyrics that I end up listening to, because I get distracted by the words in the songs. If Bill is playing something like that, I pick up my stitching :-)

Sounds like a great way to spend the day, only coffee instead of tea :)

Love all your cacti in the window!

For some reason, although I drink both tea and coffee all year round, I tend to drink more coffee in summer and more tea the rest of the year.

We like succulents, even though some of them need for light than is available in Ireland--LOL. They're elongated as a result, but we like them anyway. The Christmas cacti we grew from a wee segment are getting ready to bloom--yay!
