Wildflower Wednesday

We walked the river trail today and there were some lovely wildflowers blooming.

this thistle was quite tall and the bee was happy
The patches of ferns were pretty, too. I love the curls as they grow towards opening.

I hope there are many beautiful sights in your neck of the woods, too!

Those are gorgeous, Shari. I know the thistle is a weed but I have always found to be kind of beautiful..not pick-worthy lol..but beautiful in its own right.
I hope you are doing well. I am not sure how Covid has affected Ireland. We are a hard-hit state here and two of John's co-chaplains got it. One was in ICU/intubated for several weeks-the other had a much milder case. Both are back at work now, thank God. John has not worked in the hospital since the first of February. He is high-risk plus not doing well right now anyway. He is undergoing several tests as they try to figure out what is happening with his health.
Take good care- Hugs-Diana

Beautiful! I'm close to getting a garden put in. Lots of work but so worth it!
